- Prescription, non-prescription or diets are not included in this plan.
- Dental extractions or any other surgical procedure.
WHEN CAN SERVICES BE UTILIZED?
- Lump Sum Payment – All services can be used immediately except:
- Tick & HW Wellness/Key Screen may be used between April – July.
- Monthly Installments – All services in the plan can be used immediately once the deposit has been made except for the following services, where 4 installments must be made before utilizing the services:
- Dental Cleaning (without extractions)
- Vetscreen/CBC/SDMA - NO HWT
- Full Urinalysis
- Tick & HW Wellness/Key Screen may be used between April – July.
